Scott and Joe were fantastic! They came out today not knowing what they were up against and treated me like royalty. They explained EVERYTHING to me as they went. They both were so polite and friendly. If you are up to your neck in poop, then Scott and Joe with Septic Blue are your “pooper scoopers”. Thank you both for a job WELL done.

New to septic tank life but Brett made us  feel at ease  and secure with our new adventures. So glad we called Septic Blue when we did because we would’ve had a bigger problem on our hands….Brett thoroughly and patiently explained what he was doing and answered our questions.  He dug carefully instead of using machinery thus preventing damages to my pool pipes that were right next to tank unbeknownst to us, installed needed risers, provided enzymes and pumped tank. He went above and beyond and we appreciate his level of service you rarely get these days. Definitely repeat customers in the future. Thank you.

I was very satisfied with the response time and schedule of my septic tank being pumped. They called ahead of time. Let me know Corywas on the way upon arrival. We figured out where the best place to pump was from and started probing to find the tank lid Cory was extremely professional, knowledgeable, Friendly and was able to answer all of my probing questions because I’m just curious like that. All of these are all assets considering the business he’s in. I would highly recommend Cory and the company he works for to take care of your septic needs.

Our technician, Cory, did an amazing job! He was very informative, and really educated me on my septic system! I had so many questions and we ended up having to have a little more done while pumping out the tank and Cory let me know all the costs upfront before he started work and let me know all my options. After trying for almost three months to get a septic company to access my situation and repair it, Septic Blue scheduled an appointment within a week and had the leach field box replaced in a day. Cory was timely arriving, and very personable and friendly. He explained the charges up front, and advised if more than the pumping was found to be needed (which there was, but it was work I'd been warned last pumping should be done), he would give me estimates and let me make a decision. He was pleasant to work with, and represented the company well ?

Contacted Septic Blue over our septic system not working properly (water in our backyard running the length of the drain line) and come to find out the pump that we had was bad. After contacting Septic Blue via web site I got a phone call about 15 mins later confirming my appointment and this was at 7:30 at night so that was really nice to know that they really wanted my business. The tech that came out was a very nice guy named Bret Brooks and instead of just coming out and saying that all it was was full tanks he did a very thorough and realized that the pump would come on but wasn’t pumping. Honestly it really wasn’t the price that we wanted to pay today considering our old septic pump was only 3 years old which was not put in by Septic Blue but being a home owner what can you do. We high recommend Septic Blue their services that they offer and we highly recommend our tech Bret Brooks to anyone he did a great job and such a great guy.

5/5 easy. Called SepticBlue and the had someone out the same day. Cory and his amazing co worker (i don’t remember names) were enormously helpful. They were both very knowledgeable on their craft and were able to articulate the issues in layman’s terms so I could make decisions more confidently. They were efficient in their work and demonstrated the highest level of professionalism I have seen in some time. Would have them back anytime.

Cory was extremely friendly and professional.  This is the first home that I have owned that is on a septic system.  He was very willing to answer all of my questions and educate me on how the system works and how to properly maintain it.  Unfortunately I needed more than just the standard pump due to the previous owner's lack of care for the system but he gave me my options of what needed to be done and was willing to answer all of my questions.  They were very efficient and mindful of the yard and surrounding area.  When they were done they cleaned up the work area like they were never there.  Highly recommend Cory!

Tim Grant of Septic Blue performed our septic system service. He was fantastic. Tank had not been serviced in a very long time. We also had a damaged and old baffle that needed repairs. Bret Brooks arrived on time, was completely professional and courteous.  I needed my septic tank pumped and a riser installed.  Bret had everything I needed and explained every bit of the process.  He respected my property and did his best to avoid damaging new grass planting (completely avoided my new grass).  He made sure that he leveled the ground as best as possible after digging and installing the riser.  I couldn't be happier.

His recommendations were well received, and we are now up and running. He was patient with my questions (I've never had a septic tank before so I had lots), he explained everything thoroughly, and most of all, I liked and trusted him. Great guy, great workmanship. Bret was professional and courteous.  Bret walked me through his process and explained everything to me.  When it came to line item charges I was already fully aware so there was no feelings of being surprised.  The entire experience left me feeling like I was dealing with a trustworthy, genuine company.  He knew I was concerned with the price so he helped me out without sacrificing quality. He removed my bushes to reach the septic tank in such a way that I could replant them... Great service!

This is the second time we have used Septic Blue in two and a half years, and both times we have had a wonderful experience. Our septic system needed to be pumped. They were able to schedule us quickly and even called to show up a day early this time. Brett was very professional and great to work with. He was patient with us, while we asked several questions and he took the time to educate us on how to care of our system. He was extremely knowledgeable. I doubt I will ever need another Septic company, as they provide great service at a great value. I compared several companies before choosing this one and they beat competitor prices with pumping service that included digging out the tank and lifting our concrete lid. I highly recommend this company for your septic system needs.

Septic was full.  Bret Brooks was great at locating the lid and giving me details as they arose.  I didn't feel pressured or forced in anyway for any service.   I appreciate his honesty and respect for me.  Would definitely recommend Bret and Septic Blue

After calling all over the surrounding area and finding that most companies no longer do septic work or they couldn't come for weeks we had almost given up. Scrolled to the second page of Google and found them. Called on a Saturday and they sent someone out immediately. He found the septic tank (previous plumber couldn't) dug it up, emptied it, then covered it back up and even raked the area so it looks better than when he started. He was so nice, explained every step, and pricing was reasonable. Highly recommend!
